Research & Data Collection
AI-assisted surveys deployed to 55+ technology platforms with pre-filled public data. Vendors verify and complete submissions across six evaluation domains: volunteering, giving, grants, AI/emerging tech, architecture, and company profile. Vendor edit reviews run through the summer; practitioner and end-user surveys run through September.
September – October 2026
Analysis & Report Development
RWI team reviews submissions, scores platforms, and drafts profiles. Cross-platform comparison matrices, trend analysis, and narrative sections developed. Vendor profile updates accepted through October 10. Ad materials due during this phase.
October 2026
Design & Production
Final layout, design, and production (15 business days). Report delivered to participating platforms and advertisers two weeks before public launch.
